1. On 11-12 January 2010 Prachyanat organized a two-day workshop by acclaimed USA resident Bangladshi actor-director Naila Azad. She focused on personal care of an actor. How an actor can take care of his body, vocal, expression, focus.
    It was open for other theatre workers too. So the workshop completed successfully in participation with members from Opera, Udichi and 20 members of Prachyanat.
  2. The following month on 11 February, 2010 we organized a psycho drama workshop conducted by internationally acclaimed psychodrama and socio drama trainer and specialist Herb Propper on Paper theatre, which is a very popular form of theatre for raising awareness for social issues.
  3. On 10 and 11 June 2010 30 of our members participated in a production based workshop conducted by Imogen Butler-Cole, an actor- director from London Institute of Performing Arts.
    This workshop also had focus on actors’ everyday practice and proper system of devising a play. Out of that workshop on selection basis 11 members got an opportunity to work with her on devising a play. The workshop ended with the presentation of the play ‘Pinic’ on 27th June at Shilpokola Academy.
